1) Annealing machine:

(1) Type: AC resistance type

(2) Annealing chamber: made of Aluminum with wire passing grooves, a lot of ceramic rollers and resin plate fitting on the grooves

(3) Annealing sheaves: 

a) contact sheaves 3 sets, made of Nickel alloy band. 

b) Sheave shaft cooling: a rotating water cooling jacketto be provided on the bearing housing of each annealing shaft

      4) Zero-hard wire annealing control:

(3) Annealing Current: synchronization control system, Annealing current variety from zero to max. correspond current while the machine start from zero to setting a property current in any line speed with synchronization speed, the thyrister voltage regulator automatic supply a property current in any line speed with synchronization possible to get nearly zero-hard wire during screw-up speed

5) Anti-oxidation:

(1) Type: Steam anti-oxidation type

(2) steam fills inside the annealing trough for anti-oxidation.
